Does anyone know of any reliable software for doing the above?
The ability to bookmark the files in the pdf would be required too.

You can do this on a Mac with Preview (free) - I thought the latest versions of World could do it too but not sure as I don't use Windows much

I'm trying to source this for a 3rd party.
Hopefully we can get acrobat but I'm not sure of cost for that and whether it would be approved.
It would be the obvious choice though - thanks for reminding me.
