I know they are popular on here, for bike coverage in particular. (Well, they used to be anyway).
My renewal has come in, at a great price, can't get anywhere near it online even as a new customer with M&S.
Whilst on the phone they mentioned this.
Just wondered if anyone has any experience of using their Home Emergency add-on...?
£4.20 a month to cover plumbing/boiler repairs/electrics/glazing etc, for up to £1k.
Seems pretty cheap but wondering where the catch lies... 😕

Not the M&S one, but my bank account has just covered a callout for my boiler failing so I'd consider it worthwhile.
We've got it, been glad of it several times, pipe bursts have had them out a few times - they seem to use good tradesmen and its always been really low hassle. Definitely saved money over what callouts would have been.
