I have a Canon Powershot camera that also takes movies & these are aaved as a 'MOV' file.
I use a free version of Quick time to view them but that won't let me edit them unless I pay $30 for QT Pro for windows.
Anyway I found a free download AVS Video Editor 6.1 which means I can edit the movies but for some reason it won't save it as a 'MOV' file & I can only play it through AVS - Grr.
Any suggestions please? all I want is some 'hopefully' free download that will let me view movies & edit them.

Panic over folks I found another disk in the box which loaded Zoombrowser EX & that does the job - smashing.
