Hi everyone,

I am a MSc student from London Met University. I am currently researching the health benefits of mountain biking, and comparing it to participants of conventional sports.

To do this I have an online survey, which you can access at:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/GHXXVY5

I need male mountain bikers of all abilities, between the ages of 18-45.

The survey is only 10 minutes long and hopefully will give me some interesting research about how good mountain biking is for health and wellbeing!

If you have any questions contact me on sarahhuntley84@hotmail.com

Get involved!!!

Isn't mountain biking a conventional sport?

I rode with some very capable mountainbikers in the Peaks last weekend who were way out of your age range.

It's not often you see a student survey with such good triangulation questions.

Very interesting survey, although Q7 didn't have an option that described me - Elite XC racer. I chose "downhiller" as it seemed to indicate increasing ability up the options?

Too old - yet living proof that it keeps you young and healthy. Students - all the same!

Eeek, after filling that lot in, you'd think I'm clinically depressed!

What's you angle Sarah? [I see you've only been a member of this forum for 21 hours]

Done, but I'm not sure how good a questionnaire it is.... yeah I've been pretty stressed over the last couple of months.... you ask nothing about other factors that could be causing us to be depressed or stressed.

So is it because I'm a mountain biker, who probably spends an equal amount of time in the gym or is it because of...

Divorce, bankruptcy etc etc
