Yet another twitch ๐Ÿ™‚

It's in my riding patch ๐Ÿ™‚ Chepstow.

I reckon they will be around for days. So if your local and have a slight interest in birds they are defo worth a look. About 70-100.

Nice pics. They've been spotted near to me in East Lancs a few times. Would love to see one.
A flock of Fieldfare flew over head chuckling away on the ride home from work. Love the fact we get lots of different kinds of birds in winter.

Lovely.

Saw my first redwing of the season in next doors tree this morning.
Blackcap has appeared as a regular on the feeder.
It's all good, except the local young sparrowhawk was also around this morning.

Apparently the best place to see them are supermarket car parks because they tend to plant trees that bear the berries they like. ๐Ÿ™‚

Where in East Lancs? I'm central (north of Preston) and not seen anything. I have a few Rowan that are heavy with fruit, so I'm keeping my eyes peeled.

I have an old oak tree that's completely covered in ivy - I watched a flock of fieldfares strip it bare in about an hour on Saturday!

My old man spotted a pair of Little Owls too but I missed them...

I'm in Rossendale Shibboleth. Have a look on sites like this. They'll tell you about sightings.
I've got this one

Wow, beauties! Nice work, stunning colours. I hope we get some round our way, trouble is, they tend to get up into the tree at the bottom of the garden where they are just silhouettes, which is a bugger.
You'd think they could be a bit more co-operative... ๐Ÿ˜€

Every year a tree in the garden gets mobbed by a flock of Fieldfares and Redwings. This year though they stripped it within a week of arriving though and they've gone already. Times must be hard!

you've just helped clear up what all the blokes with the long lenses were looking for in Lichfield the other day, nice one - that's been bugging me ๐Ÿ™‚

During the harsh winter 2 years ago we got a flock of 40+ field fares, never seen one before, great moment. First there was 6, then 12, then 20... then we looked the other way... and saw the rest.

Ok, yeah, I'm on the Welsh side, up near the racecourse. Tell me what bike you ride and I may recognise you! I'm on a black Heckler.
