How on earth do you start proceedings against people that you ca no longer trace? Owed £8,300 for goods supplied to people that have moved from rented accomodation without leaving a forwarding address.

keep an eye on the post that comes to that adress might be something that gives em away?

People can ALWAYS be traced.A debt that size would be worth passing on to an agency surely? edit; Unless your name is Carlos and you are nicknamed after a scavenger.
