Don't know about yourselves, but in all the hype of the presidential election i didn't know they were having state by state refereda, it seems on a range of issues too. Never knew they did that at all(assuming thats how it works, maybe someone can educate me on how and what people vote in american general elections?).Personally, I'd like the uk to hurry the fuck up and take us out of the dark ages. It's going to happen eventually. The prohibition era we live in makes no sense. (and someone really should tell governments that a percentage of the profits is better in their hands than ciculating in the black market, how anyone can argue against that i'll never know..)

experience from Holland and Portugal is that when drugs are decriminalised usage goes down especially with stuff like heroin - portugal had an initial upsurge - could be just increased reporting but now on a downward trend

IIRC less kids in Holland smoke cannabis than the UK

Lets hope the Scot's (and uk) governments pass leglisation soon as i've still got all my hydroponic gear just waiting to fire into life, I stopped growing a few years ago which i regretted as i had managed to selectivly breed a relativley high cbd indica from power plant crossed with a diesel strain.
