Any ideas where I can get those microwave heat bags/pads from?

A real shop as I could do with it today

they're not the wheat ones so less flexible.

I got one from Sainbury's a while back. In the pharmacy bit i think.

Sock + rice. Works perfectly, you may not even have to go out of the house!

I got mine from Boots. But, I would think any largish pharmacy type place should have them.
