By 'throwing a wobbly@, do you mean

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0009'

Subscript out of range: '66'

/INCLUDES/GENERIC/FORECASTS/48hr_generic.asp, line 19

?

If so, been like it for months and every now and again the front page alludes to the fact they are having major difficulties with no end in sight just yet.

I guess the bloke that runs it only gets access to the prison PC once a week.

you mean like they appear to just make anything up?

Try the met office or yr.no

jebus.... do people still look at Metguess? An easy fix is to go to one of these instead:
Yr.no
XcWeather

Use the weather channel dot com instead. Much better.

Is he really in prison, what for if so? I used to use the site quite a bit although it was normally wrong but then most forecasts are to be fair...

I went away from it years ago too - it's stability is shocking. YR all the way now - their mobile site is good too.

I like metcheck for it's more detailed daily forecasts.
I well know it's even likely to be correct; but for some reason seem to appreciate the fact I can get that in good detail more than actually having good data!

One of his many crimes was making outlandish claims and lies around his self claimed supposed 'gift' of long range forecasting. Ok, if nobody takes any notice of you, but there was a huge media frenzy a few years ago (2005?) BBC, main newspapers etc, causing me to get ice axe and crampons ready, in excitement. All turned out to be complete and utter bollox, just a publicity stunt afaic. I never have and never will forgive that arsehole. 😉

Yup, makes the grooming, rape and paedophilia seem like nothing really compared to your issues with him. 😉
