I use Accuweather, which uses the same weather data as Metcheck, and raintoday

Metcheck has been bust since last Tuesday - they can't be in any hurry to fix it.

Especially when heading out on the road bike for a long day, I take a look at XCWeather. Wind will ruin a roadie day out more than heat or cold.

Look out the window. The weather tomorrow will probably be the same.

metcheck has been pretty well knackered for ages.
Today, they are telling me it's 6C and cloudy. BBC are telling me it will be 23C and sunny, but is currently 19C and misty.

19C and overcast is probably the closest.

Nothing beats the weather.com forecast that told me it was going to be 15C and snowing in Rome in August!

why doesn't anybody use http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/ ??

they tend to supply all the other sites with the data anyway.

why doesn't anybody use http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/ ??

because they're the root source of the cluelessness ?
The other sites may benefit from other more reliable methods such as seaweed, rabbits' feet and looking out of the window...
