Hi,
I've got a quick question about my wifes maternity pay.
She was employed on a 12 month contract, in August 08, with a view to go perminant at the end of the 12 months.
She is now pregnant and is due in the 2nd week of June.
Here is the question. If her company decide not to renew her contract in August 09. What will happen from August 09, when her statutory Maternity pay stops being paid from her employer, will she be entitled to Statutory Maternity Allowance?
