So, it's a beautiful day, the sun is shining, and my mates are off out on their MTBs. Whilst i am curled up in my duvet with Manflu. Dammit!
(only silver lining is that as they are going to Cannock they will almost certainly be killed to death by those pesky shiney pebbles......... 😉

Me too. Just true a few minutes of post work single speed in the woods. I discovered it to be still wet and 10 mins of not having the energy or strength to keep the front wheel straight or ride the bike more than snails pace finished me off.
It's promising to be a loverly weekend too dammit!
