[Closed] Manchester Metrolink - lack of good manners
Just on local news
No-one gave up their seat for a heavily pregnant women one crutches - she even asked some people.
I don't know if I should be surprised by this
Total non-story. People should've offered their seat out of common decency but for whatever reason no one did. It's a moral obligation and that's it, what the lady hopes to achieve by complaining to Metrolink and going to the press I really don't know. I think it's one of those stories that is supposed to demonstrate the erosion of common decency and civic duty or something, but it's more indicative of crap journalism imo.
Eh? It was only North West Tonight - not like it was on News at 10.
Having seen her you couldn't have conjured up a more obvious candidate for a 'let's see if folk will give up their seat' experiment.
I'd rather see a pregnant woman standing than a fat bird sat down crying ๐
+1 for the jimmy car((r) not sure if its two R's) joke
