Has anyone had a reliable experience from any of them? I can't think of a single delivery company which hasn't messed up at least once when i've ordered things.
The latest is Fedex who 'delivered' a Howies order to someone in my street, but failed to leave a card telling me where, and the driver didn't make a note in his record either. None of my immediate neighbours have the parcel. I want my ethically marketed middle class cyclist trousers.

Not your problem - just get the trouser vendor to send again. Its their responsibility to get them to you.
