For some reason the bit at 1:20 just seems to defy gravity, I've watched it repeatedly, but it just looks nuts!

Blimey - I think that's the best I've ever seen!

From an extremely low level, can any of you do any of it? A lifetime of training means I can do a few "tricks" - straight legged hang pushed around and through to a handstand, free standing hand stand press up (not many), walk a long way on my hands, a flag and a few other tricks. No use to anyone but an occasional fun trick to do. Used to breakdance too. Oh dear...
