Is it just me who thinks it was actually a good idea?? The road narrows to two lanes further on anyway, and presumably theres no way traffic could ever leave the motorway quick enough once it gets to london which is whats actually causing any jams?
Can't see who 'wins' by having it removed??

If it was more free flowing more cars would use it and we'd be back to square one. Public transport is generally rubbish but every little helps
