Specific requirements:
Crookes/Broomhill/Walkley area
Ideally 2 beds
Unfurnished preferably
£<500/month

Anyone know of anything? Looked on rightmove but nothing fits my requirements 🙁

From April 1st until August 1st

Might seem a daft suggestion, but have you tried the uni? They might have some places over the summer in the halls. Not ideal,but could get you out of a hole.

Not much help, but it took us ages to find somewhere up here with the same spec as yours. Every rental property is for students and tend to be >2 beds and >£500. Also you won't find anywhere for less than 6 months through an agent so it'd have to be direct with a flexible landlord. Good luck though!

Hillsborough? 52 to get up the hill.
Park Hill Flats? May be some short term lets there, flexible. Pond Street's buses to get you up the hill.
