Ha no question LCY is far nicer than Luton, although depending where you are it can be more of a pain to get to LCY by car.
lcy is nearer and its ba too not sleazy.
even at £70 per person I'd guess the answer would be a massive YES!
The default answer is yes is Luton is Mos Eisley space port incarnate - however i'm only 9 miles away so costs next to nothing to get there for me - where as city whilst lovely is a PITA . also how many is we as £70 quid a head saving might be worth the suffering
LCY is my favourite London airport by far and the BA flight from there to Edinburgh is usually a good one.

From an ATC point if view, NO.
City is better, and you get some good views too on the way out.
But the train is better.
