Is there secure bike parking there? would you lock up your bike there?
Need to make a decision whether to walk down or cycle down, what ye think? safe?
Big row of Sheffield-type stands outside the front door, under cover (kind of). How secure it is depends on your lock. Plenty of people passing on the way in and out.
I park a bike outside fairly often, using a pretty crap lock, no problems yet. Wouldn't leave a race bike there mind.

just my roadified mtb core 40 I'd be chaining up, tis not the best kept bike, but not one i'd like to lose either!
Hopefully my wee brother takes the van and i can chuck it in there and this is just academic.
