I need to return a battery to amazon. Stuck it my mac and doesn't work so assuming doa
I now discover Royal Mail don't like them.
So who will handle a battery?

Who did amazon send it to you with? Last Amazon return I did, printed off the collect plus label dropped it off and I had the refund notification shortly after they had scanned it in.

Probably came out via amazon logistics. I'd be tempted to send Collect + also.
