2. Being out in the forest. Whether I am cycling, climbing or puking up the wrong berries.
3. Crying babies. (I am a neonatal nurse. It's comforting)

3, getting up before everyone else at the weekend and having a cup of tea, the TV and iPad to myself
4, being out on the downs on a warm day with the dog and just sitting and watching traffic from up high on a hill
5, the feeling of being out on a ride when I thought I can't be bothered to go out, but forced myself to go. Those rides always seem so much sweeter.
