Anyone know of any mental health advice type forums?
The SANE one doesn’t seem active and the MIND one is rather hard to use.

It's not necessarily something that lends itself to a specific standalone forum. If it's related to your other topic, you might find a fair bit of support on the Mumsnet MH forum.

Depends what you want out of it. If you want some support then you can't go far wrong with this forum.
I've seen some amazing acts of compassion here, plus some absolute weapons about face and perform selfless acts for others or offer sage and empathetic advice.
Support from this place got me to get help for my own mental health issues
Thanks all. This forum has indeed been an absolutely massive support in the past and it’s a hugely appreciated resource.
Mumsnet has been great actually as well to talk to women who have the same MH issues as my loved one.
There’s a lot of good out there still. I hope.
