We have one of those at home, under the stairs. It's recently been converted from "nuclear fallout shelter"
Nope - private house with a window too, jet lag room even has its own wc, from what I can see it's just another bedroom... Mind you the master bedroom does have 5 dressing rooms and the ensuite is so far from the bedroom that there is a "night wc" just off the bedroom too.

So they can isolate for 14 days when returning from some very important business travel without disturbing the wife from attending her tennis lessons and the kids from pony riding?
Except it was designed and being built before cv19 struck 🤔 but I guess they were just ahead of the curve.
Couldn't see any evidence of stables but then there is a sub basement garage with parking spaces for ten cars
