The home made sauce from Christmas 2010 is still in mine.

Big jar of home made Christmas picalilli lurking in mine still. Remnants of Christmas cheese were toasted off last weekend.

Again not in the fridge, but we do have a large slab of Christmas cake left.

Mince pies went last week.

Various pickles and preserved fruits will be around for months I suspect.

If it's cheese, keep it 'til next year.

Stuck the last of ours in a Sticky Toffee Pudding yesterday.

we had xmas pud on friday, v nice! does no one have any turkey or sprouts left rotting in the fridge????

Got some smoked salmon which was out of date on 4th Jan, looks ok though, smoking is a way of preserving isn't it?

I'm down to my last 4 xmas puds, bought for 60p each in Jan, they dont expire until 2013 though!

I'm going through a load of dates, one at time, every day.
