Big jar of home made Christmas picalilli lurking in mine still. Remnants of Christmas cheese were toasted off last weekend.

Again not in the fridge, but we do have a large slab of Christmas cake left.

Mince pies went last week.

Various pickles and preserved fruits will be around for months I suspect.

Got some smoked salmon which was out of date on 4th Jan, looks ok though, smoking is a way of preserving isn't it?

I'm down to my last 4 xmas puds, bought for 60p each in Jan, they dont expire until 2013 though!
