The technical word is 'evacuate' 🙂 OJ is evil stuff IMO, as is any fruit juice; plain unnatural to consume that much fruit in a few gulps.

As for effects, really didn't want to venture to far away from the throne room. Chilled loo roll would have been nice. All ok now. I think.
Anybody else had issues with fruit?

i now mix juice with water, like you would Robinsons. tastes better than water, not as rich as juice pure.
