Any better than standard zinc oxide (apart from pretty colours) for use as a strapping ?
specifically for use in a mild case of "jumpers knee"

I was the OP in that thread. It didn't help my shoulder but I'm not convinced my problem was correct for the tape. My problem is with the joint, it might work for muscular problems. One thing I will say is that the Kinesio tape adheres really well yet isn't too hard to remove. Not sure zinc tape will work as well.

Yeah, I know taping "works" for me, but the ZO tape is a bit crap at staying put so increased adherence would be a plus
