Seems like my fate in any sport is to knacker my right hand side and mainly my shoulder...
About 10 years ago I broke my collarbone on my right hand side and the bone now looks like it overlaps as they didnt set it back... no problem still have full movement ect...
anyway I always seem to fall onto my right shoulder... and I mean always! the last few times I've done it - it feels like I dislocate it and I can hear lots of weird crunching and streching noises when crashing onto it...
I did this in Summer and it took me about 4 weeks to recover... however I'm learning to snowboard now and took a 12foot fall onto it yesterday and have damaged it again... it just seems to go quite easily after all the abuse its taken...
how can I either stop landing on it or build it up strong enough to take bigger hits as I hate being slinged up and getting 1 hours sleep a night!
thanks wise, powerful stwers
