[Closed] Karate Monkey wheels of width?

Hi there.
Well I've got a Karate Monkey ordered, and due to arrive which now needs building up. Im sort of new to all this wide wheel shennanagans but wanted to be able to run up to a plus size 3" tyre, but also maybe switch down to a 2.4 and put them on my Troll as a solid touring hog as well. I wondered if an i35 would fit the bill or do I need to go up to i40 to run the 3" and therefore sacrifice the possibility to switch.
Also, has anyone seen any good wheelsets around? Up to £400 ish.
