Looking to replace my Mark 3 CRV with the later model (probably a low mileage petrol 2015 SR model) - if you have owned or own a Mk 4 Honda CRV what should I be looking for? Any nasty or expensive issues? TIA

I sold mine recently. Clutch squeaked the whole time I had it!
Very little else about it annoyed me. Would definitely have another one

The clutch squeaks on my Mk 3 - didn't realise the later model did it as well!

My Accord clutch pedal squeaked, combo of special O-ring grease + syringe + plastic tubing _almost_ got rid of it.

Mk2 here - our clutch squeaks too.

Honda design feature, apparently.

The roof is lower and the seats done fold away as well. Which means getting bikes inside is harder. Mk2 was the optimum for bikes in car with wheels on. My Mk3 requires a lean and really just the one. Although the trikes both go inside ok. Mk4 is awful. Our Mk3 has a squeaky clutch too.

Waiting for the hybrids to come down in price before I replace our Mk3 diesel. I still miss the Mk2 if I’m honest.
