Never had a licence. Previously done for drunk driving. Kills a kid.

Over here, there are spot checks where the police (guardia civil) have the opportunity to ensure all documents are in order thus avoiding decades of driving without licence, insurance etc. Also the sh1tter of 16 months for a bit of stray paint and 22 months for killing someone.
