Might be OK. At least no superheros.

Noooo...... Doesn't warrant a sequel. As long as they never follow through on the threat to remake Back to the Future we're okay 🙂

That looks like a scene from some sexy version of Tropic Thunder.

I reckon it'll be OK, The Rock is pretty media savvy and wouldn't back an obvious turkey...

Oh god, that's not Jack Black is it? Overacting crock of absolute non-talent, I avoid any movie I see him in now, saves time.

Edit: Mm, Karen Gillan though...

Would I be the only person who has not seen the original?

I am hoping that The Magnificent 7 remake is not real.

Overacting crock of absolute non-talent,

Making him the perfect substitute for Robin Williams.

There's never been an unwatchable film with the Rock in. They're always good, or hilariously awful, there's no inbetween.

With you on that but didn't want to be the first one to say it.
I'm assuming they deliberately designed her waistcoat thingy for, ahem, 'maximum impact'...

Is that Amy Pond dressed as Lara Croft...

Or am I just seeing what I want to see?

EDIT No, it really is.

Apparently there is a "very good reason" for her character to be dressed like that. They're alluding to a plot device but my guess is, it's her in skimpy clothes that is both the reason and the result.

My thoughts too. Other than that it'll be generic CG animals/monsters rampage cash in. Been done anyway in the form of Night at the Museum series which are a similar type of film, and they were crap.

Ok, The World According to Garp was ok. The rest of his movies are dreadful. Dead Poets' Society is pretentious drivel, much like School of Rock.

Seriously?! At least Robin Williams had more dimensions than:

Shouting
Stupid faces

I'd swear Jack Black has been in any number of movies that could have been funny and yet he seems to miss every. single. punchline.

Even worse I had to sit through 'The Holiday' or some similar RomCom garbage where he tried to play the cute/romantic/funny guy. Nothing will delete the memory of his stupid simpering face as he tried to win over Kate Winslet or Cameron Diaz or whoever the love interest was... 👿
