What were you watching on, a 425 line mono set? She looked fabulous on my 40" HD set.
Anyway, I thought it was a pretty average show. Vampire Weekend are not that great, La Moyet's voice has gone completely, and it was only the Secret Sisters who impressed me vocally. There were a whole bunch of people through the last series who would have been preferable to most of last night's line-up.

Some mates were in the big smoke watching Bellowhead for NYE, funny how they had bilocated onto the hootenanny too.
I turned off when there was a bloke playing some stuffed cats. That robot thing was lame too (I've seen them be much better before), Wanda Jackson sounded like a drunken old woman at a local working mens club. Secret Sisters were boring, Moyet murdered Boom Boom, and Vampire Weekend have and will always be tosh.
Toots was good though. Clearly just there to enjoy his music.
