I have been tasked with providing jelly for a Christening, and want to do something special.
So far I have some pig moulds and a personalised mould.
Any more ideas?
what about a jelly baby mould, then make jelly with jelly babies in it
are you sure you don't mean Jolly?
Raspberry jelly with real rasberries put in it when it is setting.
Or Lime jelly, blended with rhubard and then left to set - I'm pretty sure it was this pairing.
Growing up I never had jelly without real fruit in it.
Elderflower jelly with strawberry, very summery and yummy.
Sorry to be so vague about this, but Jamie Oliver did something with fresh fruit, gelatine and fizzy white wine. The gelatine was used to make a jelly out of the wine, capturing the bubbles in a jelly. There are some fruits you can't use.
Someone I know made it, and it was very nice and very different
All I can remember was that the recipe was easy enough to remember if you happened to be in a bookshop and found the right book.
Vodka jelly shots.

In the middle of making a Pimms and Champagne Jelly, complete with fruit and cucumber for a mad weekend to come...
Also making Cider and Blackcurrant, lager and lime, tequila and rasberry, vodka and orange, vodka lime and lemonade and gin and tonic.
Just depends whether you want to include the kids...!!!
