UK law already gave us nearly all those things prior to the existence of ECHR, indeed they were largely based on UK constitutional jurisprudence.
for example "freedom from slavery" pretty girl in white suggests at 1:27... yes, but we've only had that since 1772 (Somerset V Stewart), And as for a the ECHR giving us a "right to fair trial", Magna Carta anyone? 800 years?
