Just heard an odd noise, and realised it’s raining! 😳
This wasn’t forecast for at least another week, I’m glad I didn’t bother putting any washing out, just checked my weather app and it reckons rain for another hour. Nice smell of petrichor now!

Absolutely hooned it down this morning in the North East. Again, wasn't forecast for another week. Saved me damping the dolomite before I run the whacker over it, but now all my work gloves are saturated.
Apparently MrsMC had 5 minutes steady drizzle up near Eyam this afternoon. Certainly looked dark and ominous north of Uttoxetter about 2pm
