where else is it not snowing?
Swansea. (Sunny and extremely windy. I'm going to have a STRAAVAAAA ride home from work with the wind behind me.)
It's not snowing here.
But what we had yesterday has frozen into a thin, icy layer.
Not snowing here or has it been - just stupidly strong winds keeping the sky clear!

It's not snowing here (Dundee),but the boggy bits on the hill this morning were iced up enough to ride right across,all in beautiful sunshine.

It's not snowing where I am.
But it is 35c, windy and we have some serious bush fires going on. 1000's of hectares burnt across western australia, homes lost, livestock lost and sadly 4 lives. It's not even summer yet. Once we get to December and the kids are off school for their summer hols then the combination of tinder dry land and firebugs mean we're gonna be in for a bad summer. Again. The skies are grey and smokey, the wind is up, and we're due another 30c+ day. I think a few of these started with lightning but you'd be amazed how quickly these catch and take off. Really quite scary. Especially when it's one side of the freeway and the embers blow over and it starts fires both sides of you!
