I'm working on the assumption that OP needs something business grade. Whilst Google T is ok to understand something from a foreign language any doc from there would look deeply unprofessional in any business or important personal capacity.
an online translator will give you the general gist but it's nowhere near as good as a human translator - usually you would do mother tongue translation so for example as an English speaker I could translate from French or Spanish into Englsh, but would be less accurate when translating into either of those languages. Fluency will improve with time and experience though
