From the left: 24 Litres Tesco value water, 22L Burco boiler, 32L homemade Mash Tun, 28L Burco Boiler, Ingredients

Crushed pale malt, flaked barley, crushed roast barley, Bullion & Northern Brewer hops, (yeast = Wyeast Irish Ale)

Guinness Clone

Any top tips before I start?!

Preheat the mash tun, check you've fitted the manifolds to the mash tun and boiler before you use them. And good luck 🙂

Guinness went well, just brightening off ready for bottling now;

Whilst thinking about what to do with 50pints of the stuff, I appear to have made another 50 pints of 'GLCC Ale' - Ginger Lemon Chilli Chocolate'... God knows what It'll taste like when finished, the wort is a little tingly down the throat :)[img] [/img]
