I cannot seem to access my Plusnet email although normal surfing is okay!

Their service status message says there are no problems but when you try and talk to someone they say they have lost access to all their systems relating to email and customer accounts.
First problem in a long time so suppose I cannot complain to much, good thing I don't use the email for business!
