have a 3rd gen nano the squarer one, not used it for a while, plugge ino laptop and just get a permanent screen that says connected eject before disconnecting, ame up as a fault on itunes and it tried to recover it to factory settings but could not, if i disconnect it rom laptop the messageo n the sreen stays the same
anyone help me out here to get it working

tried holding menu and select for a few secs to reset it?

cheers retro thats sorted it i must become less inept with modern technology, however the same sreen appears on reconecting it to my computer any ideas?

ah no scrapthat all appears to be well in the life of my ipod now
