My contract with 3 is up and they sent me a text. Is this a good deal though???

Thats the deal I'm on with an iphone 4. Took that contract out in October 2010. As an existing customer I can get that package with an iphone4s for £22 a month and £99 up front if I take out a contract for someone else.
I'd ask them to improve the deal or go elsewhere as its not a great offer.
Have a look on money saving expert to see the best deals, when I last looked it was with giffgaff or tesco, both of which use o2 network.
Ok will press them for a better deal but is the iphone worth having? I'm not fussed by 'the latest model'.
I'm coming from a Blackberry 3700
For the record, GiffGaff is sim only. I am assuming the 3 deal includes the phone.
