MadskillsBMX is pretty good once you get the hang of it.
Or TrailX (the first one) for almost bike related.

Trainyard EX, more puzzle than game, but brilliant.
Team 17's Worms Armageddon. Prepare to lose hours and get incredibly angry when you get jump and fire mixed up.
