[Closed] iPads/iTunes and updating them

I've got 2 iPads...1 is linked to my own iTunes account (used for music) and the other isn't.

I've just backed up the first device that is linked to my personal account and that has updated with Ios5.whatever without any problems. Can I hook the other device up and make it an authorised device on my personal PC and personal iTunes so I can get the latest Ios installed on it?

If so, how?

I don't think I'm actually fussed about it BUT it's Friday night, the wife has absolutely no interest in doing anything with me, the bikes is fettled and ready for tomorrow and I've got the thought in my head and want to know...
