[Closed] Intra-Concha Headphones, or just headphones that don't totally block noise.

So I don't get on with the headphones supplied with my phone, they hurt my ears, but I don't want an in ear design that blocks out noise, I need awareness when walking, be it with the dog or just walking in traffic.
So I want something that sounds sensible, like the ones supplied with my iPhone 7 do, but without the discomfort, whilst being able to retain a sense of of my surroundings. I see Maplins have the Sennheiser mx 585 for £15 but they are not available to order & no stores have stock near me, so looking for alternatives, any recomendations?
