A colleague's pop-ups are "popping under" - not adware or anything - "proper" pop-ups. Any ideas what to change to make them pop-up again?
My google-fu is weak today :/

In a way you've hit the nail on the head. However, we've got to live with it for now.
Have they changed their compatibility settings?
Tools menu > Developer Tools
In the window that appears you can set the browser and document mode which can have all sorts of fun implications on how a page renders.

She claims not to have changed anything, but I've learnt never to believe people when they say things like that 🙂 She is one of the ones who's got a clue, though.

IE8.... IE8 most of our system is still on IE7 😉
