Not a website but there was a recomendation on here a while back suggesting the book The Curry Secret by Kris Dhillon...Got it and was very impressed

GF has her book and the recipes seem pretty straightforward once you assemble the basic ingredients (mortar and pestle worth inventing in too). Taste good too, though the emphasis is on "light" food which may not be what you're looking for.

light food is probably a good idea as i would be the last person you would want to save you on a frozen lake

M&S have a range of "ready spices" which contain all the spices you need, plus a recipe card.

I can recommend the Rogan Ghosht (spelling may vary)
