I celebrated my 40th last year by riding my first sportive - funnily enough, this year it has been moved from the Saturday to the Sunday so I guess that's my 41st taken care off.

Happy Birthday anyway.

Happy Birthday all from an old Grandma ๐Ÿ˜‰ . Never really worried about my age until my youngest turned 18 last week and said "hey, I have another 62 years to look forward to!" . . . which means, sadly, that I only have another 28 ๐Ÿ˜ฏ . . . best make sure they're good ones ๐Ÿ˜•

Hes halfway between the two and facing the strongest/best years. Surely its fairer to say that the statement 'you are nearer 50 than 20' applies to you quite aptly to you?

I am nearer 20 than 50, for 10 more months, then I'm booking myself in for a midlife crisis

Have one for me! I celebrated my 40th yesterday at the 5th Floor Bar at Harvey Nicks with a couple of serious cocktails. My 40th is April but my friend whose birthday is 2 days before mine wont see me as I will be in Brazil.

Turning 40 (almost 3 years ago now) was the spur I needed to get back on a bike and make a change for the better.
Now three stone lighter and a damn sight fitter... but not any wealthier 'cos now I'm keeping CRC in business rather than the local pie shop!!!

Cheers.
