A "gander" is a stronger, more psycho-active form of "goose" which has become popular in recent years, leading to huge increases in schizophrenia. "Goosing" is the act of poking someone's buttocks without their consent. So called because geese do it. "Gandering" is simply the more extreme, penetrative version of goosing, done by people who have no idea what planet they're on. So in short, "I'll have a gander" is a slang term for anal rape which derives from the perverted habits of drugged geese.
