I'm lost too and tbh the chuckle brothers are the last thing my eyes are drawn to in that photo.
Is it the "to me to you" with a pretty young lady between them and right hand side CBs "shocking" hand gesture?

I don't use Twitter but I assume it all comes down to the folk one follows. Could be wrong and maybe everyone gets everything that everyone posts everywhere across the interworld...
