As part of a team, a mini adventure race! I pedalled from Loch Sunart to Kingairloch, only about 16k/300m I guess. The others swam 300m across Loch Sunart in big waves, paddled about 7km and ran about 7km. Whooop!
.
Can I suggest more people run their own mini adventure race? OK, we had minibuses, bikes and boats, but it was all run 'on the go' with a minimum of fuss and a whole pile of fun.

Can I just also say that the NINE year old in the foreground did everything, apart from some of kayak leg as the wind was blowing him offshore...

you can say it but we wouldn't be impressed, because we are singletrackworlders, and nothing impresses us at all
